Amazing stay at this amazing hotel with great staff. Special mention to Rafiq, Virginia, Julie and housekeeping legend Jaishankar. Top notch service. Will surely come back to this hotel when planning my next Dubai trip.

The hotel is amazing apart from the intense tabacco smoke smell in the room everyday. It comes in through the air conditioning. It's absolutely disgusting and massively unhealthy. I have raised this issue with reception 3 times and it hasn't changed. Yesterday reception contacted me because they had seen this review. They agreed to move me to another room. I was very happy to move. Unfortunately last night I faced the same issue in the new room. If you want a smoke free room this is not the place for you. The hotel has proceeded to contact my employer to ask me to remove this review instead of speaking with me directly! I'm not happy about this at all.

My experience was generally bad , except the clean rooms. The pool was small , only for 8 people max. The nutrition was poor. Also ,we asked for a sign on the invoice and the staff refused to give us one. I believe that there are many other choices for these money with meny more benefits and way better nutrition

I have to agree with this. The hotel staff are very nice and the service is good. But we had people in neighbouring rooms smoking on a non smoking floor and no one can do anything about it. Everyday I have complained and the smoking continues. I can’t understand it. My wife is pregnant yet the smoking continues.

The staff were amazing specially Mr Mohammed, he was professional and helpful. The apartment was clean and up to expectations. I would recommend others to stay here for long stays.
